Terms applicable for *Free Consultation Offer*

1. Applicable only on the first visit to clinic.
2. This offer is not applicable for home visits or Tele-Consultations.
3. To avail this offer, the therapy plan suggested by our Physiotherapist should be purchased and paid for in full.
4. No two offers can be clubbed together.
5. In case of any disagreements with respect to this offer, the decision taken by Vivacare Advanced Physiotherapy & Pain Clinic and/or its representatives would be final and binding.

Terms applicable for *Money Back Guarantee*

1. Applicable only on Physiotherapy Treatment packages of more than 5 days.
2. This offer is not applicable for home visits or Tele-Consultations.
3. To avail this offer, the therapy plan suggested by our Physiotherapist should be purchased and paid for in full.
4. Under this GUARANTEE, if the patient does not see visible results (in range of motion, pain levels etc) after completion of 2 (two) sessions, we will fully refund the unused package amount paid in advance.
5. Patients are advised to follow the home exercise regime as advised by the treating Physiotherapists to get full advantage of therapy.
6. No two offers can be clubbed together.
7. The refunds would be made only via UPI. If the initial payment was made via Card, then we will deduct 2% of the refund amount as payment gateway charges incurred by us.
8. In case of any disagreements with respect to this offer, the decision taken by Vivacare Advanced Physiotherapy & Pain Clinic and/or its representatives would be final and binding.

Terms applicable for *Member Discount*

1. This offer is available to existing members of our wellness plans, viz, VivaFem, VivaCore or VivaFlex.
2. Under this offer, 20% discount is applicable on all Physiotherapy Treatment services availed at clinic.
3. This offer is not applicable for home visits or Tele-Consultations.
4. To avail this offer, the patient should have been a fully paid member of any of our wellness plans for preceding three continuous months.
5. No two offers can be clubbed together.
